Experience a day of stillness at our Silent Retreat. This carefully curated program offers a balance of guided meditation, shared quiet nourishment, and soothing sound therapy. Designed to foster mindfulness and relaxation, the retreat invites participants to step away from daily distractions and immerse themselves in stillness and silence to foster greater inner peace and clarity.
Brief Schedule Outline:
1:00–5:15 PM: Guided Meditation
Experience deep relaxation and mindfulness through a series of guided meditation sessions designed to help you connect with your inner silence and cultivate presence.
5:30–6:15 PM: Potluck Dinner
Share a quiet, nourishing meal with fellow participants. Please bring a dish to contribute as we enjoy a communal dining experience in respectful silence.
6:30–7:30 PM: Sound Bath
Conclude the retreat with a soothing sound bath session, where gentle vibrations and tones facilitate deep healing and relaxation in a tranquil setting.
