About Amanda Westlake, Founder & Owner of Partners in Pause
I am a nurse practitioner and recently certified health and wellness coach. I have years of experience in patient education, and love the empowering, person-centered approach of coaching. I am passionate about seeing lifestyle changes through the anti-inflammatory lens because it touches on so many areas of our health, and therefore is meaningful to a large group of people. Understanding lifestyle choices as anti-inflammatory uses science to reinforce the empiric benefit of so many of the behaviors that we intuitively know make us feel better. Combining education with coaching and individual driven goals leaves people feeling empowered to make change that is meaningful to them and their health.
