Winter Silent Retreat
Saturday, February 14th (10:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Step into a day of quiet, presence, and renewal during this short silent retreat at Living Water Community Center. Through meditation, gentle movement, and shared silence, participants are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.
This retreat is designed to be accessible and supportive. Silence is held collectively, offering space for reflection, clarity, and rest from daily distractions. All are welcome—no prior meditation experience is required.
Retreat Rhythm:
Opening orientation and settling into silence
Periods of sitting and walking meditation
Gentle yoga practice
Shared silent lunch
Reflections on practice and a closing metta (loving-kindness) meditation
We are grateful to offer this retreat at no charge, made possible through the generosity of our volunteers. Donations are welcome and help support future offerings.
