This 8-week course offers a supportive space to explore the connection between mindful eating and mental health. Through weekly sessions, participants will use mindfulness to uncover their personal relationship with food, while also examining how both acute and chronic stress impact eating patterns and overall mental well-being. Together, we will practice slowing down, noticing, and engaging with food in intentional ways, while discovering new approaches to nourishing ourselves from a place of awareness, compassion, and kindness.

The class will be co-facilitated by Kristin Schaefer, Licensed Nutritionist and Kimberly Lemite, Licensed Psychologist.
