Each Friday morning we gather for chair yoga, which is essentially just yoga without sitting on the floor. No yoga mat required! Practice begins with breathwork and stretching, followed by standing and balance postures, and completing with stretching and meditation. This class is particularly welcoming no matter where you’re at physically. The goal is always to leave feeling better than when we arrived.
Like all Living Water classes, this one is sliding scale, $5-20, because everyone deserves access to wellness and peace. Please pay as you can to support community-based mindfulness practices like this one!
