Join Katie Lemmert for an active breathwork meditation that blends guided breath patterns, music, and the healing resonance of sound bowls - designed to help you shift out of your thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.
Registration encouraged but not required.
If you have attended one of Katie’s breathwork classes, you already know she invites you to explore your edges within a safe and intentional container. Dynamic Meditation offers that same permission to go inward while fully engaging the body. If you feel the need to move, release, clear mental clutter, and/or experience catharsis in a supported space, this class is for you.
This one hour practice unfolds in five stages. Eyes remain closed throughout, and a blindfold can deepen your internal focus. The stages include fast chaotic breathing, emotional release, mantra with jumping, stillness, and celebratory movement. Each phase is intentional, building toward a profound sense of witnessing, silence, and inner spaciousness.
Dynamic Meditation is a direct and thorough method for interrupting old patterns held in the body and mind and reconnecting with clarity and aliveness in the present moment.
Bring water for grounding afterward. We will close with time to sit together and share reflections for those who feel called.
Come ready to move, release, and meet yourself honestly.
