Exploring Meditation Through the Yoga Sutras
A 4-Week Series
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali offer a timeless framework for understanding the mind, cultivating awareness, and living with greater clarity. This four-week series invites participants to explore meditation through these teachings in a practical, accessible way—rooted in lived experience rather than theory.
This series is open to all. No prior experience with meditation or the Yoga Sutras is required.
