Mindful Living with Robyn

  • Living Water Community Center Yoga Loft 1000 Westover Hills Blvd Richmond, VA, 23225 United States (map)

Join Robyn Gold for a guided experience that fosters mindful living and authentic connection through interactive discussion, self-reflection, and mindfulness practices tailored to the group's needs.

Our gathering will start with a brief introduction welcoming all levels of experience, followed by a guided grounding practice to connect with your mind, body, and breath as we settle into the present moment. From there, you'll be invited to share your thoughts and feelings about an area of life that's causing stress or emotional discomfort. We'll explore shared themes, work with your mind-body connection & subconscious patterns, and practice mindfulness-based strategies geared toward supporting you in navigating the challenges you're facing. You’ll then identify the practice(s) that resonated most for you as we move into a guided meditation for introspection and integration. We’ll close with time for optional journaling, sharing, and creating a plan to incorporate takeaways from our time together into your daily life.

About Robyn

Robyn Gold, LCSW, is a Mindfulness Coach, Certified Meditation Teacher, breathwork facilitator, and author, with a background as a psychotherapist specialized in trauma, stress management, relationships, and self-esteem. After facing a health crisis in 2018, her mental and physical healing journey inspired her to shift her career into coaching and teaching the practices that saved her life.

In a world where we're all trying to reach a goal, have more, or feel better, Robyn's work reminds people that life isn't about getting to where you're going...it's about being where you are. She built her mindfulness coaching practice & resource library, Growing With Gold, to support people in expanding their capacity for presence and self-compassion so they can relate to themselves, others, and the world around them in heart-centered, balanced, and intentional ways. Using a blend of mindfulness, meditation, self-produced ambient music & binaural beats, breathwork practices, and accessible educational resources she created for personal growth, Robyn helps people align who they are and what they want with how they're living, one moment at a time.
