Join Katie Lemmert for an active breathwork meditation that blends guided breath patterns, music, and the healing resonance of sound bowls - designed to help you shift out of your thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.

During this session, you'll discover how breathwork can:

There will be space to feel your feelings, whether that means laughing, crying, yelling, or simply being present. Connect with your sacred intelligence. We’ll begin with gentle intention-setting, then move into the active breathwork with a curated playlist of music, and end with a deeply restorative sound bowl shavasana, a healing experience that soothes the nervous system and leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. The collective energy of the group amplifies the healing, creating a powerful container for transformation. There will be space afterwards to linger together over tea or water if you feel called to stay. She’ll have some options, but please feel free to bring your own.
