Mindful Eating and Mental Health: An 8-Week Course

This 8-week course offers a supportive and welcoming environment designed to help participants explore and deepen their understanding of the intricate relationship between mindful eating and mental health.

Through weekly sessions, participants will use mindfulness to explore their personal connections with food, while also examining how both acute and chronic stress can affect eating behaviors and overall mental well-being. Together we will practice slowing down, noticing, and engaging with food in intentional ways, discovering new approaches to nourishing self from a place of awareness, compassion, and kindness.

This program is co-facilitated by Kristin Schaefer, Licensed Nutrionalist, and Kimberly Lemite, Licensed Psychologist.
