The Rhythm of You is an 8-week journey designed to help women learn how to better support themselves through harnessing the power and wisdom of their menstrual cycle using the principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the healing process of creative self-expression, & the safe space of a community. We’ll explore the neurological and hormonal underpinnings of pain, stress, and emotional well-being, offering a holistic & compassionate approach to cycle awareness through mindfulness and creativity. We’ll see how each phase of the menstrual cycle—Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal affects your energy, emotions, and cognitive functions. Journey with us to deepen love and appreciation for your body through its inner seasons, rather than pushing away the inherent wisdom that your body carries in each phase. Part class & part support group for those who menstruate.
